    We provide NDT, new construction, maintenance, and inspection services in all aspects of the oil and gas industries, including exploration, transmission, refining, storage facilities, and all oil related support industries.


    Position Purpose

    • The Field Clerk position is primarily clerical in nature, offering support to field operations. The role of the Field Clerk is critical to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of field operation activities.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Gather & verify daily report information from Field Technicians.
    • Create and submit Daily Progress Reports to customers.
    • Verify that all safety documentation has been signed and turned in. 
    • Organize Daily Reports, Job Safety Analyses and file accordinglyUp-load all data to SharePoint
    • Back-up all weld and report data onto project hard drives.
    • Daily interaction with field employees.
    • Review weekly timesheets for accuracy, and submit to Operations Coordinators.
    • Training of new employees as needed.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Education and Work Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 1-2 years relevant experience.
    • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

    Certificates and Licenses Required

    • OSHA 10 or other Safety Training may be required for some job sites.

    • Work activities are performed on a construction site or in a construction office. This is not an “Office” position.

    Working Conditions

    • The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions in temperature extremes and inclement weather.
    • May occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces.
    • The noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
    • Overtime required during the week and weekend with work volume.
    • Ability to travel when required, nationally.
